WAAM: 28 Days Until We Walk for Democracy!

THE JOURNEY

30 core marchers have signed up to carry a copy of the U.S. Constitution 160 miles from Philadelphia's Independence Hall to the steps of Congress, September 6-19. We can take 20 more marchers for the full journey.

We the People means all of us. This march builds skills and confidence for sustained non-violent resistance, transforming scattered action into shared purpose rooted in solidarity and the belief that freedom belongs to everyone.

"We the People" Panel Discussion about Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness in Unsettling Times.

September 16 - Columbia, MD

Community Building Event hosted by IndivisibleHoCoMD, Kittamaqundi Community Church, and Columbia Democratic Club. Food and fellowship with a focus on Indigenous perspectives on "we the people."

📝 KID'S CONSTITUTION PROJECT 📝

There's still time to participate! Almost 40 kids are already hard at work transcribing and decorating sections of the Constitution to represent their states and territories for the march.

If you and your child are interested in representing your community to transcribe (and decorate!) a section of the Constitution for the We Are America March in September, join this special project that engages young people in democracy.
