Dear Friends,
The energy is building and your support is needed now more than ever. With less than two months until our 160-mile march begins, our organizers are hitting the ground running—and we wanted you to see exactly what your support makes possible.
This Week's Momentum
Training Our People: Next Saturday, we're hosting peacekeeper training for marchers and organizers in Maryland. It's this kind of preparation that sets us apart: we're not just organizing a march, we're building a movement that prepares our communities for future nonviolent resistance.
Safety First: We've partnered with Delaware County CPR, LLC to offer first aid certification specifically for activists. Stop the Bleed, CPR, emergency response, these are valuable skills pre, during and post march. Taking care of each other is part of the work.
The Kids' Constitution: Children from nearly every state are hand-writing the Constitution we'll carry to Congress. From Massachusetts to California, Pennsylvania to Iowa, young people from across the country are creating a patchwork document that re-envisions the promises of America. We're still recruiting kids from a few states, but watching this project come together has been incredible.
Beyond September
The march itself is just the beginning. Collaborating with the veteran-led Fight Against Fascism Organization (FAFO), we're launching the Resistor's Toolbox, a series of workshops that teach real skills for real change. Self-defense next month, urban gardening later. Look out for a Mobilize link in our next email. Democracy isn't a spectator sport.
Why This Matters
Every dollar you contribute goes directly into making sure this march succeeds—and that the communities we build last. Safety training, local events, accessibility support and the infrastructure that turns good intentions into lasting change.
Your support means a parent from small-town Maryland feels confident bringing their kids to meet us as we sail across the Susquehanna (yes, a flotilla!). It means our peacekeepers know how to de-escalate tensions. It means we can offer first aid training to anyone who needs it, regardless of their ability to pay.
