Scaling the Vision — And Asking the Big Questions

The march is over, but the movement is not.

As we look ahead, we're asking ourselves the questions that come with scaling a big vision:
Who are we trying to reach?
Do we speak only to those who already agree—or those quietly watching from the sidelines?
What about those in the process of changing their minds?
Can we reach people who seem not to agree with us at all?
And how do we reach them without betraying our values? Without chasing attention for its own sake? Without becoming the thing we’re resisting?
These questions don’t have easy answers. But asking them is part of the work.
What We Do Know
What this team accomplished—logistically, emotionally, creatively—was extraordinary. The depth of leadership, care, organization, and vision was not just impressive. It was proof.
Proof that our team is capable of more than we even realize. And proof that community is not just our strategy—it’s our resistance.
Whatever comes next, we will build it with the same focus:
👥 Creating real community
🛠️ Organizing with care and purpose
🔥 Growing something worth believing in
Stay tuned for what’s next— more plans will be revealed!
But know this: We’re not going anywhere. And we’re not doing this alone.
In love and resistance,
The We Are America March Comms Team
