Catch us at the rally in branded tee shirts

1. It’s (Almost) Show-Time

Tomorrow (Sat 6/14) the “No Kings” rally will flood the Art Museum steps with 100,000+ voices—and our crew will be in the thick of it. Look for the branded We Are America shirts and banners. Seven volunteers are already confirmed, but extra hands mean extra impact: bring comfy shoes and good vibes.

2. Shiny-New Website, Hot Off the Press

Just in time for rally day, HCAN pushed our version-2 homepage live. It’s got more content, beautiful graphics, sign-up links, and a forthcoming interactive route map. The new site is a powerful catalyst for recruiting volunteers and marchers, bringing us one big step closer to turning this vision into reality.

Kick the tires, share the link, and let us know what you think—first impressions matter!

3. Quick-Fire Updates

Housing: We’ve are securing beds for six of seven nights (Baltimore, Towson & more). Still hunting options in Wilmington, Silver Spring, and DC—know a spare couch or church basement? Hit reply.

Safety & Medics: SMASH is anchoring our medic squad, with a goal of one medic per ten marchers. If you’re EMT-licensed—or just handy with a first-aid kit—let us know.

Fund-Raising: Bank and Stripe accounts are live, with the online portal launching tomorrow. Our starter goal is $35k (about $50 per marcher per day). Soft-launch at the rally—full push next week.

Social Media: First Instagram post drops this weekend. Organizer interview clips and a daily countdown are queued. Have 15 minutes? Volunteer to record a quick reel on why you organize—stories fuel sign-ups.

Outreach: Indivisible National will amplify us in July, and new partners from PA, DE, and MD just joined. If your org wants in, send a logo and we’ll add you to the roster.

See you on the steps tomorrow—let’s make No Kings Eve thunder.

In solidarity, The We Are America March Comms Team
